Meet the Team

Our team of professionals has years of experience in telecom auditing and service provisioning. We help customers assess their needs and identify the right services. Whether it's a voice line, broadband solution, or a new MPLS network, we make it simple. We process and track all of the service orders, coordinate the provisioning and installation details, and help facilitate ongoing services. We are an advocate of, you, our customer, and take ownership of the entire process, finding the best solution to meet your needs.

Although he'd spent 22 successful years in the telecommunications industry, Ken Macdonald felt the need for change, recognizing the deterioration of customer service and lack of attention to detail from telecom service providers and vendors. He came to the realization that the telecommunications industry practices and his personal values were not in alignment. He then made a commitment to create a new kind of telecommunications company.

 

He envisioned nothing less than a new business model, one that would revolutionize the telecommunications service industry by meeting the following criteria:

Andrea Wisemore, VP of Operations

Andrea spent years working in customer service and takes pride in ownership of her work. With 10+ years of industry experience in addition to past positions ranging from Law Firms to Real Estate, Andrea has been able to gather a variety of organizational skills that are essential to working within the Telecom Industry. A quick study to various AT&T Systems has been a pivotal to quick turnaround times. A hard worker and with a 'must do' attitude, Andrea will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy.

20 years of industry experience in both Wireline and Wireless solutions, 13 of those years working with one of the industry leaders AT&T. We pride ourselves in being the one-stop shop for all our clients Mobile Wireless Business needs, whether it be Smartphones, Tablets, Mobile Applications, or Mobile Security.

Elyse Linn, Customer Support / Operations

Elyse Linn retired from AT&T with 33 years of service in 2014. She’s very knowledgeable of the AT&T products and services. She has an extensive customer support background. Elyse graduated in 1980 from Chapman University, Orange Calif. She is currently enrolled in the Paralegal Studies Program at Fullerton College. When not working or studying, she can be found playing with her 4 year old grandson, reading books, going to the movies.  Elyse and her husband enjoy traveling and last year took a four week car vacation across the United States, beginning in California and ending in Alabama, then back to California. What a trip! Just ask her about it!

Mark Palmer, Senior Sales Consultant

Mark has 16 years in telecommunications and has extensive experience with some of the larger telecom providers including At&t and Telepacific. Mark is extremely motivated and has a very strong work ethic. He knows what it takes to succeed and is very driven to do the hard work it takes day in and day out to succeed in a very competitive field. Mark produces for Network Service Corp. month after month and is a very valued NSC team member. On a personal note, Mark is an equine aficionado spending most of his weekends on the trail!  He also loves photography and hiking.  He is also very health conscious following a very healthy diet and working out at the gym on a daily basis!

Richard began his experience in telecommunications working with an equipment vendor in 1976. His experience includes employment with First Tel, US West Info Systems, Pacific Bell, SBC, ATT, TelePacific, Nextel and XO Communications. As District Manager for XO Communications he witnessed, first hand, the issues that can plague and bless telecommunication providers. As a Business Development Representative at NCS, Richard will represent YOUR best interests when recommending the best solution to your telecom needs.

Kenneth, aka KJ, is our newest NSC Team member who works in our Business Development Team prospecting for new opportunities to find new customers for Network Services Corp. He is a born “salesman” with a “glass half full” personality, always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. He will undoubtedly succeed in life due to his positivity and can do attitude! Per Kenneth: “Our goal, as a team, is to provide our customers telecom services and exceptional customer service along the way. I am very excited to learn and gain skills from experienced and knowledgeable veterans within my company in order to be able to do that for every one of our clients."
